About the Author
John Kirkwood has been working, living and playing with the Five Elements for 30 years, first as a practitioner and teacher of Jin Shin Do� Acupressure, later as a graduate of the SOPHIA program of the Traditional Acupuncture Institute of Maryland, and now as a practitioner and teacher of Five Element Acupressure. John lives in the beautiful Adelaide Hills of South Australia. He is the author of The Way of the Five Elements.

This book has changed my life and it can change yours. I had the privilege of reading an early draft and living the seasons for the past year

Purchased this book, along with the way of the 5 elements, by the same Author. They are both wonderful, exactly what I was looking for. The Way of the Five Seasons not only covers the acupressure points but also other unique way's in which to explore each season, wether it be a meditation, gardening, foods etc. This is a lifetime of study and allowing nature to express itself as a guide, completes my journey into the unknown.
